CNC Cut Speed Test Plate

This is a 3x4 plate with 13 evenly spaced lines for cuts.  Put this in your Cam program and set the cut speed for each line at about 10ipm difference.  So 10 ipm on the left and 130 ipm on the right.  Leave the torch height the same or the THCVoltage the same and the plasma Amps the same and this will help you determine the speed settings to use.  Label each plate with a sharpie after your done and save for your reference in the future.
